The CICD Capacity development and Volunteer Program seek to strengthen the CICD institutional capacity and community structures.

CICD provides technical assistance and mentor-ship to community development groups, agencies and associations geared towards strengthened collaboration and partnership for a poverty free Buhweju.

The program builds capacity of individuals youth, students, and young professionals through volunteer placements.
